Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information El Nahar Medical Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only — information collected at our branches is governed by our clinical record-keeping practices.

Information you give us
When you book an appointment we ask for your name, phone number, the service you want, and the branch and time you prefer. When you send a message through the contact form we ask for your name, email address, subject and message. If you apply for a job we also receive the CV file you upload.
We ask only for what is needed to answer you or to confirm the appointment. We do not ask for medical details through this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: the pages you open, the approximate region you connect from, the type of device and browser you use, and the site that referred you.
We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and Meta advertising tools for this. These services set cookies in your browser and may combine what they collect here with data they hold from other sites.
How we use it
To confirm and manage your appointment, and to reach you if something about it changes.
To answer messages sent through the contact form.
To understand which pages and services people look for, so we can improve the site.
To measure whether our advertising reaches the people it is meant for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who operate parts of this website on our behalf — our hosting provider, our content management system, and the analytics and advertising services named above — and only to the extent they need it to perform that function.
We may disclose information where Egyptian law requires it.
How long we keep it
Appointment and contact records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Job applications are kept for the duration of the hiring process unless you ask us to keep them on file.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the services concerned.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Ours are used to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and for the analytics and advertising measurement described above.
You can delete cookies or block them in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the site — such as signing in — from working.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the browser add-on Google provides.
Children
This website is not directed at children. We treat appointments booked for a child as booked by the parent or guardian who submitted the form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the website.
