The content on this site — service descriptions, product pages and blog articles — is general information about hearing health. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for being examined by a qualified audiologist or physician.

Never delay seeking care, or disregard advice you have been given, because of something you read here. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

Appointments booked through the site

Submitting the booking form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed reservation. We confirm the appointment by phone, and the time may be adjusted according to branch availability.

Please give accurate contact details — we cannot confirm a booking we cannot reach you about. Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or change a booking.

Products and prices

Product pages describe devices we supply. Availability, specifications and models change, and a device shown here may not be suitable for your hearing loss. Suitability is decided after an assessment at one of our branches.

This site does not sell online and does not publish prices. Any price is quoted at the branch.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it.

We may suspend an account used in a way that harms the site or other users.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with this site or the systems behind it, and do not submit content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

Intellectual property

The El Nahar name and logo, the text, images and layout of this site belong to El Nahar Medical Solutions or to its partners and are protected by law. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

Manufacturer names and product images belong to the manufacturers concerned.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a website we do not control — a manufacturer, a map service, a social network — we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
